The stylish and modern design of the hotel was excellent. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, providing a luxurious feel throughout the stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The pool area offered a beautiful view, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. the key location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.
There were a few aspects that fell short. The check-in process took longer than expected, causing a delay in accessing our room.

the pool area is sparkling clean and the gym is fabulous with modern equipment. It also has a sauna and a heated swimming pool in a sun terrace with sun loungers. The room has exclusive advantages which include a fun cocktail station, plug-in laptops and comfortable beds. Cons: the international staff, though friendly, spoke limited English which could be frustrating when needing assistance. with efficient staff check-in, everything is made easier.

The pool was the highlight, fantastic day bed, gorgeous view, bright luxurious space that was often very quiet. They even had blow-up pool balls which added to the aesthetic but were so fun to play with. Easy walk to the river and botanic gardens. The rooms were beautifully designed with such thoughtful features. Love the bathroom lighting, luggage cupboard, and mini bar options. The hotel was accommodating for adjoining rooms.

They were always ready to assist us, whether it was helping us with our Netflix setup or proudly explaining the hotel's efforts to recreate Melbourne icons in its decor. The welcome champagne and thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities were also highlights of our stay. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance to laneway cafes and a short distance to the CBD center. The rooms are modern and up to date, targeting a younger audience. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff is polite and helpful, providing a pleasant experience.
It is disappointing to find that only boutique beer is available in the restaurant.

This hotel was a luxurious and modern venue with amazing facilities such as a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool and a relaxing sauna and Jacuzzi. the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure all our needs were fulfilled. We enjoyed the exclusive and comfortable private facilities in our room, along with the delicious in-room breakfast.
Although the atmosphere and location were great, the only minor issue we had was with the poolside snack bar. the staff's English language skills were not great, making it difficult to understand the available options.

Best aspects of this hotel were the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the amazing pool that was open 24 hours, and the close proximity to everything in the city. The modern and up-to-date room provided amazing comfort. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool. The cocktail bar was definitely worth a visit.
